NAY is the largest specialized retailer of electronics in the Slovak Republic with a market share of approximately 25%. It operates on the market since the early 90's of last century.

Business goal
In 2021, the company adopted a new development strategy. It is based on accelerated response to market changes, enhanced digitalization of business, and improvements in the quality of services and products. This requires:
- Redesign of the whole e-commerce platform
- Prepare a new design system for scalability
- Develop new customer interaction mechanics
- Update the company's visual communication
My responsibilities:
- conducting research, audience segmentation + User Flows and CJM
- working together with Lead designer and developers
- design review of layout together with developers
- defending my decisions to the team and stakeholders
- creation and support of design system, components
